When you rent with us, we offer contact-free move-in, supplies to help transfer your belongings, and drive-up access. We will introduce you to our online payment system, so you can manage your unit from anywhere.
We also have multiple features to give you peace of mind that your items are safe and secure. Our facility is gated, monitored by 24/7 video surveillance, and your unit will also be protected by a keypad lock. For an added layer of protection, we conduct regular pest control. We want to make sure there is no stress involved with renting a storage unit.

Insurance
Take the necessary step to safeguard your storage against unforeseen events by getting insurance! We recommend Tenant Protection instead of homeowner’s insurance for several reasons.
Firstly, your stored items may not be covered by your homeowner’s policy, leaving them vulnerable. Secondly, filing a claim under your homeowner’s insurance could lead to increased premiums or even cancellation of your policy.
With our insurance, you can have peace of mind knowing that we cover a wide range of potential risks. Our coverage includes protection against fire or lightning, wind and hail damage, building collapse, smoke or water damage, vandalism or burglary, as well as rodent or vermin damage. We offer different pricing tiers to suit your needs. Tier 1 provides coverage of up to $2,000 at $9 per month, while Tier 2 offers coverage of up to $5,000 at $14 per month. For higher coverage, Tier 3 provides up to $10,000 at $28 per month, and Tier 4 offers coverage of up to $15,000 at $35 per month.
